The type of personal information we collect

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • To maintain contact with you and keep you aware of offerings
  • In order for our practitioners to have an up to date record of our contact, to ensure correct health protocols are being followed

We may share this information with emergency services if there is an imminent threat to you or others, or your next of kin if there is a safety need.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

(a) Your consent. You can remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us by email at

(b) We have a vital interest; to safeguard and respond in emergency circumstances.

(c) We have a legitimate interest; to make onwards referrals with your consent if this is agreed.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep contact details (including those of your next of kin), anonymised client records and completed forms for 20 years or 10 years after you are deceased. We will then dispose your information by permanently deleting electronic information and burning paper records.
