ABOUT MY JOURNEY TO PRESENCE

Together we will bridge the gap between conventional healthcare and holistic healing to reclaim your unique Loss of Innocence© and belonging through integrated approaches.

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse with years of experience in the NHS and an Holistic Health Practitioner, I am uniquely positioned to guide individuals on a journey back to their roots of belonging and practice. Drawing from my experience in mental health nursing, I understand the importance of addressing the deep-seated emotional and psychological aspects of wellness present in every part of people's lives. Especially for those which formed part of our drive to work in healthcare or health-related practices.

Through my holistic approach, I encourage those I work with to reconnect with their ancestral wisdom and innate healing abilities. By honouring their cultural heritage and embracing traditional personal and professional practices, individuals can tap into a rich source of strength to be a unique practitioner, working ethically and with morality to improve community health.

Whether it's incorporating indigenous rituals, breathwork, or ancestral rites, I empower individuals to explore and reclaim their authentic selves.

By honouring their roots and practicing rituals that resonate with their heritage, individuals can experience profound healing and transformation, for themself as well as honouring those who they work with.

My role is not just to provide therapeutic interventions but also to facilitate a deeper connection to one's sense of belonging and purpose. By embracing ancient wisdom and practices, individuals can cultivate a sense of wholeness and belonging that transcends modern-day challenges.

Through this journey, individuals not only heal themselves but also contribute to the collective healing of their communities and future generations. As a bridge between conventional healthcare and holistic healing, I guide individuals towards a holistic approach that honours their roots and fosters true wellness of the whole person.
